Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to rebook, reschedule, or inquire about a cancellation.

You do not. We are often able to turn things around rather quickly. After seeing the bike and its needs we can give a much better estimate as to how long it may take for the service work to be completed.

Yes! However, they need to be returned to our shop each night to charge. If you want to rent e-bikes(s) for multiple days, you will complete each rental separately. If you would like to take the e-bike(s) overnight please, call us about this so we can talk through solutions with you.

We strongly recommend all riders to wear helmets. Including youth riding in or on any trailer being pulled by a bike. Helmets are included with the rentals. If you have your own helmet we encourage you to bring it with you.

A park pass is required to recreate within Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore which the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail is a part of. We sell them at our shops!

Yes! However, we always recommend reserving ahead of time via our website to ensure the bikes and sizes of bikes you are interested in are available when you arrive. Especially specialty bikes like E-bikes, Mountain Bikes, Road Bikes, etc.

Riding right from our shop, most people enjoy riding on the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail. It is a mostly paved, non-motorized trail which is very family friendly.

You may attach a Burley trailer to your own bike. However, Tag-Alongs and Weehoos must be rented with our Adult Bikes. Additionally, we do not allow any trailers to be attached to our E-Bikes.
