The Cyclery provides bike rentals for you to enjoy riding on the trail and in Glen Arbor. Learn more about the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail here.
The Heritage Trail is within the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. A Park Entrance Pass, either weekly or annual pass, is required. Passes are available for purchase onsite at all shops operated by the Crystal River Outfitters Recreational District.
Palmer Woods Forest Preserve
With over 14 miles of off-road cycling, this professionally designed, developed, and dedicated trail system is for beginning and intermediate riders. All are flow-style single tracks allowing riders to climb and weave downhill through a series of berms, drops, rollers and switchbacks at higher speeds while providing alternate routes to avoid the most extreme features. Best for dedicated trail riding mountain bikes, fat tire bikes, or gravel bikes. Separate dedicated hiking/snowshoeing/cross country ski trails here as well. Learn more about Palmer Woods here.
