Essential Job Functions
- Our team is seeking individuals who possess excellent customer service and sales skills and as a result, have effective communication skills
- We are looking for people who are self-motivated and have the ability to effectively work with a team
- As a representative, we require that you work to determine the specific needs of each guest that enters the shop so that you can provide appropriate service and information
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude at all times
Physical Requirements
- Because of the nature of our business, candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- You must also be willing to work outside in the elements including heat, sun and possible rain for long periods of time
- Many positions require the ability to lift equipment, boxes, etc. Therefore, we require candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Perform daily store maintenance duties including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, empty trash, cleaning, and the like.
- Shuttle drivers that are hired at Crystal River Outfitters are required to have a Chauffer’s Licencse. For more information on how to obtain a Chauffeur’s Endorsement visit here.
Schedule
All shops with the District are open 7 days per week. Therefore, candidates must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
