We always knew the area was beautiful but in 2011 it was made official when ABC’s Good Morning America named the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore the “Most Beautiful Place in America”. The park was nominated, thousands voted and our area beat out some amazing places from California to Hawaii and more.
